Business Analyst - Core Banking

Partner with banking clients to design end-to-end Finacle-based solutions that support their digital transformation initiatives. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements with key stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with clients to identify requirements, assess opportunities, and define effective solutions.

3 to 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. Hands-on experience with the Finacle platform, including implementation, support, enhancement, or transformation initiatives. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
