Design and implement advanced testing strategies including functional, non-functional, and automated tests for complex systems. Lead root cause analysis for critical quality incidents and propose structural improvements in processes and workflows. Collaborate with development, architecture, and product teams to ensure quality from design stages.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge in test automation, Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab, and familiarity with AWS, microservices, SQL, and NoSQL.
