Core Responsibilities

This role leads the IT Service Delivery Function, driving solutions and services to meet business and customer needs by overseeing and enhancing IT Service Management processes, with a focus on Atlassian Jira administration and optimization. Key accountabilities include leading ITSM processes, managing Jira configuration, driving process optimization, leading a team, overseeing incident/problem management, and ensuring performance monitoring and audit support.

Requirements

Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, along with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience in a corporate setting. Essential knowledge includes ITIL processes, practical experience applying them, and experience managing or contributing to an ITSM solution implementation.
