Core Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the annual Organizational Effectiveness strategy by developing programs for organizational development and strengthening corporate culture. Manage the learning platform, handle job evaluations, and support talent management and internal communication plans.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field with at least three years of experience in soft skills training and organizational culture. Must have certifications in adult learning or job evaluation (Korn Ferry/Hay) and intermediate English proficiency.
