Conduct negotiations for lease contracts including renewals, revisions, new contracts, and terminations. Analyze financial and strategic aspects of contracts. Support expansion and migration of commercial points. Maintain control and update contractual information in systems and official databases. Collaborate with landlords, real estate agencies, and external partners.
Requirements
Proven experience in contract negotiation. Solid experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain with a focus on negotiation. Advanced Excel skills.
