Deeply understand logistics planning flows from first to last mile, capacity management, and demand forecasting to drive processes and support tool development. Execute new process implementations across different LATAM countries, establishing governance mechanisms and tracking results. Monitor key operational indicators in Mercado Envios, understanding the interrelation between conversion metrics, cost, speed, promise fulfillment, and productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in process mapping, governance definition, and project tracking. Intermediate knowledge of SQL and advanced skills in Google tools. Availability to work in a hybrid format in Osasco/SP, on a 5x2 schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM.
