Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns. Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production. Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded.
Requirements
Well-versed in Java and comfortable with the latest Object-Oriented technology. Experience with Gradle, Claude or equivalent AI tools, and GitHub Action. Knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
