The Training & Readiness Manager designs and executes learning strategies to accelerate time-to-productivity and support operational model adoption. They partner with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps, manage training programs, and ensure readiness for process and tooling changes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required, along with strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder influence skills.
