Logistics Coordinator (Network Management Center)

Track and trace customer shipments, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. Oversee critical shipment logistics and maintain proactive communication with service providers. Become a subject matter expert for assigned customers to deliver exceptional service.

High School Diploma required. Proficiency with Microsoft products and data visualization tools such as Power BI and SQL. One year of customer service and logistics-related experience. Fluent in English and Spanish if applying in Mexico.
