High-Volume Outbound Recruiter (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound calls (50+ calls per 4-hour shift) to connect with applicants and schedule interviews.
Conduct quick, structured phone screening interviews to assess candidate fit against company standards.
Extend job offers to qualified candidates and clearly explain the multi-step onboarding process.
Strictly follow detailed SOPs, navigate recruitment platform workflows accurately, and make sound process decisions.
Maintain clean, detailed, and up-to-date candidate records and call logs in internal systems.

POSITION: High-Volume Outbound Recruiter (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Global)
Compensation: $600 – $650 USD/month

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume outbound calling, BPO call centers, or high-velocity sales/recruiting.
• Near-native English verbal communication skills with exceptional speech clarity and phone presence.
• High energy and stamina to handle back-to-back outbound calls.
• Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid environment with proven self-management.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following step-by-step SOPs.
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup with a working computer, camera, headset/microphone, and reliable high-speed internet.
