Core Responsibilities

The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team focused on the growth of associated brands within the Restaurant vertical and maintaining optimal operations, contributing significantly to the accelerated growth of restaurants across Latin America. Key duties include leading under-pressure decision-making, negotiating, aligning teams, executing commercial strategies for brand development, supporting the team to meet KPIs, communicating daily activities, and analyzing data to generate reports.

Requirements

Candidates must be finalized professionals in administrative, marketing, or related areas, possessing a minimum of one year of commercial experience in account management, sales, or similar roles, along with at least one year in personnel development and management. Essential qualities include high negotiation power, persuasiveness, proactivity, an agile mindset oriented towards data analysis, adaptability to fast-paced startup environments, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced G-suite proficiency.
