Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various business areas. Participate in alignment meetings with managers to understand position requirements. Conduct competency-based interviews and provide feedback on evaluated candidates. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates on selection processes.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in recruitment and selection across different areas and professional profiles. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
