Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various business areas and seniority levels. Hold alignment meetings with managers to understand position needs and hiring requirements. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure proper follow-up throughout the selection process.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in recruitment and selection across different areas and professional profiles. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
