Design, plan, and implement continuous improvement initiatives with structured methodologies such as DMAIC and Kaizen. Analyze key metrics of the area, generating actionable insights and reports for managerial decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Processes, or related fields. Experience in continuous improvement, processes, or operations roles. Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping tools (VSM, BPMN). Strong data analysis skills using SQL or Python and experience in building dashboards on BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
