Identify and lead efficiency initiatives to improve service levels through collaboration with internal areas and transport providers. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes, execution times, and operational flows. Design and execute control mechanisms to eliminate deviations through process documentation, standardization, and training.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, with at least 1 year in managing and supervising transport teams and vehicle fleets. Experience in monitoring and analyzing transport KPIs.
