Senior/Staff Software Engineer

Design and evolve the architecture of the Trade-In product focusing on scalability and multi-country expansion. Lead backend development from technical discovery to deployment and operation. Ensure integration and coexistence of the Trade-In product with Kavak's existing platform ecosystem. Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate objectives into concrete technical solutions.

Minimum 5 years of software development experience. Experience as a Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, or equivalent with strong technical ownership. Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms. Experience with Go, Java, or Python is required. Experience in designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
