Analista Planejamento e Controle III

Conduct the Operational Planning and Workforce Management process, connecting business movements with service capacity. Build monthly demand forecasts and parameterize critical operational assumptions. Calculate and technically defend the necessary headcount and design routing rules with Voice and Digital squads.

Bachelor's degree required. Solid experience in Operational Planning, Workforce Management, and Forecasting. Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data manipulation. Strong analytical skills to translate commercial strategies into operational traffic volume.
