Core Responsibilities

Support the preparation of cost estimates and cost plans throughout design and construction phases. Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of project budgets. Prepare and analyze change orders, variations, and cost impacts. Track project costs, commitments, forecasts, and cash flow throughout project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction cost control. Strong understanding of construction costs, estimating principles, and procurement processes. Fluent in English and Spanish.
