Map processes and monitor key risk indicators (KRI) and events with potential financial or operational loss. Conduct risk and control assessments (RCSA), effectiveness tests, and probability and impact analyses. Track operational incidents, classify losses, and propose mitigation actions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data or related field. Over 5 years of experience in operational risk management, internal controls, or auditing, preferably in financial or payment institutions. Solid knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and the three lines of defense framework.
