Lead the daily telesales operation focused on customer acquisition. Manage the complete cycle of the team including recruitment, training, and performance management. Analyze metrics and performance to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in telesales, sales, or acquisition. Experience leading telephone sales teams and scaling commercial operations. Conversational English and experience managing KPIs such as conversion rate and productivity per agent.
