Support sales by focusing on the conversion of insurance products. Train brokers and sales teams, monitor sales indicators, and participate in commercial presentations and events. Proactively manage the pipeline to convert new business and develop sales strategies with brokers.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in internal and/or external commercial areas with a track record of meeting targets. Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
