Train in safety, quality, and environmental standards to develop high-performance drilling plans. Optimize and update drilling programs, schedules, and operational strategies to align with cost, time, and efficiency objectives. Manage and ensure the quality of information in company systems and communicate effectively between engineering, operations, logistics, and service companies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields). Experience in data management and operational quality control is valued. Advanced English proficiency is required.
