Draft and review documents for capital market operations, including debentures, CRI, CRA, FIDC, and commercial notes. Participate in the legal structuring of public and private offerings. Analyze regulatory impacts of CVM, B3, and other regulations. Interact with external law firms, financial institutions, and other participants. Prepare legal opinions and memoranda on capital market topics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB. Practical experience in capital markets, banking law, corporate law, or financial regulation.
