What You'll Do
Ensure the correct execution and control of operational processes. Provide support and address inquiries from internal clients. Monitor and follow up on management indicators (KPIs and SLAs) of daily operations. Prepare and analyze operational reports to ensure quality and compliance.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 6 months of experience in operations, processes, or operational management. Intermediate Excel and SQL skills. Basic knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint.
