Core Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized commercial partners, ensuring their engagement and success. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s market reach. Drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies, aligning partner performance with business objectives. Support partners with training, tools, and commercial strategies to enhance their sales effectiveness.

Requirements

Prior experience working with channel sales and indirect sales models, preferably in the corporate benefits or SaaS sectors. Solid understanding of the sales process and the channel partners ecosystem. Advanced English and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Proactive and autonomous professional capable of managing a portfolio of multiple partners.
