Mid-Level Support Engineer L3 (Java + Spring Boot)
CI&TWhat You'll Do
Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for backend applications developed with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application incidents and production issues escalated from previous support levels. Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve microservices, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.
What We're Looking For
Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience in application support, production troubleshooting, or maintenance of backend systems, preferably in L3 support environments. Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
