Conduct external prospecting of new clients door-to-door in predefined routes, expanding the partner base. Present and negotiate Stone's financial services and solutions. Actively participate in meetings for goal alignment, route planning, and knowledge sharing with the team. Provide consultative and high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Completed high school education. Communicative, dynamic profile with initiative. Motivation to grow and develop in the commercial area.

The position offers a fixed salary and a variable remuneration package that may include PLR, ILP, or commission based on eligibility.
