The Loan Administration Analyst supports the Loan Servicing Department by executing day-to-day operational, analytical, and reporting functions across the entire loan lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This includes supporting key servicing activities like loan booking, payment processing, escrow administration, and managing member inquiries while providing strong analytical support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field like Finance or Accounting, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the lending or mortgage sector. Essential technical requirements include advanced proficiency in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and hands-on experience using Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation.
