Core Responsibilities

This role owns revenue growth, Go-To-Market execution, and market expansion across Spanish-speaking LATAM, focusing on accelerating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and expanding enterprise penetration. Responsibilities include driving pipeline generation, developing country-level GTM strategies, and building/leading the regional sales team.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record scaling ARR specifically across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets like Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. A strong operator mindset, experience building sales teams, and fluency in both Spanish and English are required.
