Facilitate theoretical and practical modules of initial training and the School of Machinists, ensuring that each mobile equipment operator acquires the necessary competencies. Manage, record, and audit mandatory documentation required by the Superintendence of Labor Risks, ensuring process traceability. Actively participate in the technical evaluation process of participants and lead the training agenda.
What We're Looking For
Student or graduate in Safety and Hygiene, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical). Proficient in Google Sheets/MS Excel and presentations, with curiosity for incorporating Artificial Intelligence. Previous experience training machinists on mobile equipment in distribution centers or industrial plants, along with knowledge of Safety and Hygiene regulations.
