Sr Strategic Manager

Supervise the health and liquidity of the Group QuintoAndar marketplaces in the region, analyzing supply and demand dynamics. Continuously monitor emerging residential real estate models and evaluate growth opportunities. Lead the strategic process connecting diagnosis with ambition, ensuring high-level strategic priorities translate into operational actions. Develop solid business cases backed by data and present them to regional leadership.

6+ years of experience in top-tier Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Strategic Growth in high-growth tech marketplaces/PropTech. Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, liquidity loops, and key metrics. Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data sets into clear strategic frameworks. Proven track record of influencing C-level executives and leading cross-functional teams.
