Program Manager, Transportation Network Operations, NOC (Network Operation Center)

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in program or project management and managing teams. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL and tools like R/Python is a plus. Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
