Lead and develop teams responsible for supporting litigation operations. Ensure efficiency and evolution of processes related to judicial actions management. Coordinate the collection of documents and evidence to support the bank's defense strategies. Monitor operational and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience in legal operations, civil litigation, or related areas. Familiarity with judicial process management and evidence collection for defenses. Experience in team management and development.
