Operations Director

Oversee day-to-day operations and take over from the CEO. Recruit, onboard, and build a new team as the company grows. Set policies and manage operational delivery, ensuring commitments are tracked and met. Maintain quality gates for merchant onboarding and vendor spend control.

Years of experience running operational delivery for remote teams. Proven ability to build teams, including recruitment and policy writing. Strong management system for remote operations and daily hands-on engagement with team members. Fluent written English with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time.

Compensation at market rate for your country and experience, with expectations to be stated. Includes a 90-day paid trial period and agreed milestones starting from week one.
