What You'll Do
Support Field Support activities related to customer relationships. Assist in scheduling services and provide post-sales support. Help analyze data from service interactions and satisfaction surveys. Aid in implementing improvements in the VDO CRM system and accompany field operations activities.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or Computer Engineering. Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Office Suite. Basic English proficiency.
