Define and conduct the Communication & Engagement strategy for the ELEVA Program, aligning it with business objectives. Develop and execute end-to-end communication plans for strategic projects, campaigns, and events. Act as a strategic partner to BPOs, connecting operational needs with communication initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Internal Communication, Corporate Communication, Engagement, or Strategic Communication. Strong skills in creating executive presentations and managing multiple communication channels. Analytical profile with the ability to interpret operational indicators.
What We Offer
Hybrid work model with a minimum presence of 1 day per week in the São Paulo office. Work hours are Monday to Friday during business hours.
