Analista Senior de Projetos e Processos - Fintech

Lead the continuous improvement of reconciliation processes by proactively identifying optimization opportunities and proposing automation solutions. Design and implement automation solutions using SQL, BigQuery, and other tools to replace recurring manual tasks and connect APIs. Manage end-to-end projects, acting as the focal point for launching new products, integrations, and sites, while coordinating with strategic stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. At least 4 years of proven experience in roles combining continuous improvement or process quality with data analysis, automation, or business intelligence. Advanced knowledge of SQL and BigQuery, and experience in designing and maintaining dashboards in Looker or equivalent tools. Advanced Spanish proficiency.
