Core Responsibilities

This role serves as the primary point of contact for key people management inquiries, resolving doubts and managing transactions related to HR processes like onboarding, payroll, compensation, benefits, and insurance across digital channels. The analyst is responsible for ensuring an agile, reliable, and consistent employee experience while coordinating escalations and analyzing indicators for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed degree in any field and advanced Portuguese proficiency, with English being desirable. Desired experience includes Human Resources, customer service, or administrative support roles, along with proficiency in Office 365 tools and a strong orientation towards service and continuous improvement.
