FX Product Operations Specialist
BitsoCore Responsibilities
The specialist will own the end-to-end operational readiness for FX clients, acting as the first line of defense for account errors and product glitches by investigating and resolving issues. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for the FX team and their clients, managing high volumes of incoming requests.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in Product Operations, Fintech Support, or FX Operations, and must be fluent in both English and Spanish. A key requirement is technical comfort to investigate back-end systems and the ability to maintain composure while prioritizing multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
