Commercial Contracts Specialist

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements in Portuguese and Spanish. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, redlining, approvals, and execution. Partner with Sales and Alliances teams to negotiate strategic agreements and provide cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

An attorney licensed to practice law with 3-8 years of legal experience at a leading law firm or in-house at a major multinational corporation. Strong experience in technology and contract management, with advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience implementing or managing contract management systems is a plus.
