Data Risk and Oversight Advisor

Lead and support the execution of second-line data risk activities for assigned business lines and regions. Work within the second-line review of first-line data risk management practices and controls. Identify, assess, document, and escalate data risk issues and control weaknesses. Prepare clear reporting and insights for governance forums and senior management.

Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in a relevant field. At least five years of relevant experience in a financial institution or highly regulated environment, with experience in data risk and governance. Strong understanding of risk management and banking regulation. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

The role is based in Mexico City and performed in a hybrid scheme, with three days a week in the office. No business travel is expected, but periodic collaboration across time zones may be required.
