The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for individual sales and Expansion commercial teams, focusing on simply and engagingly conveying the value of health tech solutions. Key duties include diagnosing training needs, creating learning materials, conducting workshops, and coaching sales representatives in the field.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate training, product onboarding, or consulting, along with exceptional communication and storytelling skills. The ideal profile is extroverted, empathetic, highly energetic, and proactive, with basic knowledge of SaaS tools and e-learning methodologies.
