AR Systems & Transformation Manager

Serve as the primary Superuser and subject matter expert for the Accounts Receivable module during the migration from Oracle R12 to Oracle Fusion. Act as a critical interface between finance and IT, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with engineering teams. Identify operational process gaps and drive efficiency through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven workflows. Supervise and execute standard concurrent programs and manage aged unapplied cash processing.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Financial Systems Analysis. Strong knowledge of corporate accounting and subledger logic. In-depth functional proficiency with ERP systems.
