IT Analyst III (SRE)

Support and evolve cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS. Assist development teams in creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps. Ensure system availability through proactive monitoring and alert management. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents.

Must have knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation). Advanced experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps. Deep understanding of Linux and Windows system administration. Practical experience with containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).
