Workplace & Rituals Specialist

Act as a focal point for operational and strategic management of Workplace and Global Rituals. Ensure execution of financial routines, monthly closing, and compliance of operations. Lead continuous improvement projects using automation and AI tools, and monitor office health, safety, and vendor management.

Proven track record in end-to-end project management and data-driven process improvement. Strong critical thinking for risk management and compliance evaluation. Advanced English proficiency is required, and Spanish is a plus.
