- Run the daily production system, including Slack tracking and production spreadsheets.
- Compare actual hours against budgeted hours for every job section weekly and verify completion through confirmation steps.
- Deliver a daily standup with the owner and own weekly production reporting and monthly job costing.
What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of experience in operations, production, or project coordination, preferably in construction or logistics.
- Strong comfort with spreadsheets and hours-against-budget analysis.
- Fluent in professional English, with Spanish as a significant advantage.
What We Offer
- Compensation includes a base salary of 2,200 USD per month, with merit pay of up to 800 USD per month based on performance.
- Fully remote position with a preference for candidates in Mexico or Argentina, requiring substantial overlap with Pacific time working hours.
