Lead the design and construction of scalable, secure, maintainable, and reusable software solutions. Define and promote engineering standards based on SOLID principles, design patterns, TDD, automation, code review, and CI/CD. Analyze and resolve complex problems while balancing business needs, team experience, technical debt, and technological evolution.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Advanced development skills in Java and/or Python. Experience in software design and architecture, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
