Ensure that products, services, and processes meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. Conduct manual accessibility testing on web and mobile applications. Document and report issues clearly, including bug reports and evidence.

Knowledge of WCAG guidelines (2.1 or 2.2) at levels A and AA. Experience with manual accessibility testing and familiarity with screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
