Control Plane & Orchestration - SSE

Design and build the control-plane API for range-orchestration and scenario systems. Own the event-driven orchestration layer coordinating multi-step operations across various subsystems. Build and maintain the platform's persistent-storage layer and manage the Kubernetes-native deployment model.

Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Solid distributed-systems fundamentals and experience building event-driven systems. Strong Kubernetes expertise and experience designing storage systems across paradigms.

Remote-first position based in Costa Rica with occasional in-region team gatherings. Engagement begins through an Employer of Record and is planned to convert to SimSpace's local entity around August–September 2026.
