What You'll Do

Analyze and draft legal documents with public and private entities. Manage legal relationships with external lawyers and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks, offering strategic solutions to minimize exposure. Negotiate and draft complex legal agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting the company's interests.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Law. Professional eligibility issued by the Supreme Court of Justice. At least 7 years of experience in legal firms and/or legal departments practicing Commercial, Corporate, Administrative, and/or Civil Law. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency, with the ability to read and write in English. Experience in energy sector project development is desirable.
